Qdaten International Shipping & Customs Compliance Policy

Due to the specialized nature of cross-border trade in original pre-owned electronics, Qdaten offers tailored logistics solutions to ensure secure customs clearance and successful door-to-door delivery.

Our shipping protocols are structured as follows:

  1. Standard Shipping Mode: Delivered Duty Paid (DDP)

Best For: Small-to-medium wholesale batches and buyers wanting a hassle-free, all-inclusive solution.

Process: For countries where specialized electronics logistics lines are available, we utilize Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) services.

Customs Handling: Our partner customs broker manages all import documentation, clearances, and tariff payments. Goods are delivered directly to your door in unbranded, neutral protective packaging.

Estimated Delivery Time: Typically 12 to 15 business days from dispatch.

Tracking Note: Digital tracking links activate online once the cargo passes domestic customs and is handed over to local domestic couriers (e.g., UPS, DHL, or local postal networks).

  1. Alternative Shipping Mode: Delivered At Place (DAP / Express Cargo)

Best For: Regions without DDP coverage or bulk buyers with their own commercial import licenses.

Process: If a target country lacks a viable DDP line, shipments are routed via premium international express carriers such as DHL, UPS, or FedEx.

Buyer Liability (DAP Terms): Premium express carriers do not offer automated DDP services for unpermitted brand-name goods. Therefore, these shipments operate under DAP (Delivered At Place) terms.

Customs Responsibility: The buyer is strictly responsible for processing local customs clearance, providing required commercial licenses, and paying all applicable local import taxes, duties, or administrative fees upon arrival.
