As we know, all the phones from QDATEN are original brand name devices without original trademark authority. There are lots of issues to the customs clearance for the purchasers. To ensure them receive the package successfully,Qdaten sorted out three shipment ways above to meet various demands from our customers.
- Singapore Post is one traditional airmail for small parcels by post mail system.It can accept gadgets integrated with lithium battery and IPR products. This way can help our customers saving freight cost but they must tolerate long time waiting(30-35 days). At present this kind of shipment can reach most of worldwide,not all. The buyer can track shipment through post airmail system.
- Express shipment UPS/DHL/FEDEX which is one fast way of transportation known by most of dealers. Since most of our gadgets are all original IPR products, only UPS can accept shipment for now. The freight cost of this way is not cheap.Generally it can reach our buyers at 7-10 days. It requested the purchasers able to process the customs clearance and pay duties at the destination. The user can track the shipment online in time.
- DDP shipment selected by Qdaten works effectively and efficiently till now. Qdaten worked with several solid professional logistics companies they process cross boarder transportation for our cargo including export paperworks, import customs clearance and duties. Its the best way for bulk shipment proved by many years of experience. However the purchasers can not track the shipment online their own at the early stage of transportation. As a rule,there are two phases with the shipment as follow:
Firstly,transportation from Qdaten to destination’s boarder,during this period the tracking info only can be tracked from our internal system.Our associated customs clearance broker is responsible for destination customs clearance.
Secondly,the tracking number we offered can be tracked online once the shipment is handed to your local courier after the customs clearance and they will provide door-to-door delivery at the end.The local carriers might be DHL/UPS or your local carrier companies.
